As part of Module 1 in Hotel, Catering & Tourism (HCT), LCA1 had to survey the quantity of the various fast food eateries in Kilkenny Town. They will have to carry out an investigation into their assigned style of fast food eatery.

Not to waste the sunny day- we also checked out the Castle Rose Garden, the Library, Craft Council Japanese Inspired Fashion Exhibit!
