For their Hotel, Catering and Tourism Task the LCA1 group hosted a ‘Five Course Meal’ for the School Leavers Class  & Mrs Lowther. Everyone did a fantastic job and the guests had a great time.

The Bank of Ireland came to present Niamh with the County Kilkenny Silver ticket. This meant that Niamh was sent straight through to the Regional Final in Limerick on March 9th! Exciting times ahead. Everyone can agree Niamh’s design ‘Dropped in the Ocean’ and her talent will definitely make waves 😉
